| 1. | Turn left, back stance, guarding block. |
| 2. | Forward punch with left hand. |
| 3. | Back knuckle strike with left hand. |
| 4. | Adjust right leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand. |

| 6. | Turn 90 to right, execute two side kicks (one low, one mid) step down into forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch. |

| 17. | Turn 90 to left, back stance, guarding block. |
| 18/19. | Spinning heel kick with right leg on the spot, front kick with right leg (shout), turn 270 to left, back stance, guarding block. |
| 20. | Adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike. |
| 21. | Front kick, into forward stance, back knuckle strike to temple. |
| 22. | Turn 180 to right, back stance, guarding block. |
| 23. | Adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike. |

| 25. | Turn 90 to left, forward stance, twin low section block. |
| 26. | Front kick, side kick, spinning side kick, into horse-riding stance, assisted elbow strike with right hand. |
| 27. | Turn 270 to left, back stance, guarding block. |
| 28. | Forward punch with left hand. |
| 29. | Back knuckle strike with left hand. |
| 30. | Adjust right leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand. |
