Seminar on 19th of June 2005

The Only ITMA Registered Club in Kilbarrack is now in Greendale Gym - 5.30 - 6.30pm every Friday.

John Beveridge held a Seminar in one of his affiliated clubs, which has now moved to Greendale Gym, 5.30 - 6.30pm evedry Friday, in Kilbarrack, (now in Greendale) on 19th June 2005

The Seminar was attended by the following clubs:

  • Howth Tae Kwon Do
  • Burrow Tae Kwon Do
  • St. Catherine’s Tae Kwon Do
  • Clontarf Tae Kwon Do
  • Malahide Tae Kwon Do There was also an exceptional attendance from David Nalty’s club in Lucan.

The Students’ practiced the following syllabus:
  • Patterns/poomse for competition,
  • Competition one-step,
  • Sparring Techniques,
  • Self Defence
  • And a lot of fun in between Also the participants witnessed a spectacular demonstration from some of the above club’s Instructors. It was a fun packed day for both parents and students. All students enjoyed meeting and mixing as they have done in friendly competition and previous seminars with John Beveridge’s Tae Kwon Do Schools. The standard of the Seminar was, as expected, high from the above associated clubs.

Mr. Beveridge has been training for 25 years and while teaching the art of traditional Tae Kwon Do, has gained vast experience and has a lot to offer, in competition and sport training methods also.

Instructing the Seminar along with John Beveridge was his Senior Black Belt Instructors -
  • Tracey Beveridge 2nd Dan, Anita Dempsey and Ciara Hilliard
